Efficient guest service, brilliant room, classy staff. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. There was a comfortable bar with lots of different food, such as nibbles and salads. Decent location, not very far from an art museum.

Service was good throughout the hotel. The property was situated not far from many major sights and within 15 mins walk from piazza della signoria. Bar amore mio was set 15 minutes walk away
